We began with a Meditation Workshop at the Fairfield Inn Livonia Michigan

The workship begins with energization - "I am awake and ready!"

Yoga asanas - "I am free, I am free."

To the yogi Thou art bliss

Workshop group: Our guest Pranaba from Ananda Village, Judy, Lorne, and 10 souls from the Detroit Area and 10 from the Lansing Area.

At 4:30 PM several of us headed over to the nearby Saint Johns Center for the Golden Lotus Banquet

Keynote speaker at the banquet was Roy Eugene Davis, direct-disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda

During the course of the evening a few folks from Ananda Michigan sang - here's my handmade video of them.

On display were photos of earlier banquets. This one showing Will, Wendy, and baby Ian was from 1976

After Mr. Davis's talk I got a couple of photos of he and Doctor Czajkowski
