Lorne has been a practicing meditator for over 35 years and teaches seminars on meditation, stress management, and yoga exercise and philosophy. He is a graduate of Wayne State University, a former U.S. Marine, an ordained minister, and a certified Ananda Yoga Instructor.

Also highly recommened is a series of Meditation Lessons that can lead to training in the most effective of meditation techniques: Kriya Yoga. There are some excellent books on meditation written by J. Donald Walters (also known as Swami Kriyananda).
