Weekly Meditation

This session is designed for people who have already learned meditation and are interested in developing or deepening a daily meditation practice. We begin with energization techniques created by Paramhansa Yogananda which prepare the body for stillness. Following these exercises, an opening prayer and simple yoga-style chants lead into guided and silent meditation. There will be an opportunity after the meditation to ask questions about your meditation practice.


Sunday Meditation & Inspiration

Sunday Service is drawn from the ancient meditation tradition of the East and the mystical traditions of Christ, with scriptural readings from both the Bible and the Bhagavad Gita. Service includes prayer, chanting, affirmations, a brief period of meditation, and an inspirational talk.
