I've been teaching meditation classes in Michigan since the Fall of 1999; more of them than I can count. Very few of the photos below are from those early classes as I didn't start taking pictures of them until around 2008. The meditation techniques taught in these classes are the same ones I learned from Yogacharya (left) -- meditation techniques which he learned from Paramhansa Yogananda in the 1930s. |
