10:00am – Noon Talk by Nayaswami Pranaba – Opening Your Heart… Awakening our Inner Self
Our spiritual life can often be compartmentalized and separated from what seems to be our “real life”. But this needn’t be so! Paramhansa Yogananda said that the most practical wat to live is to tune increasingly to spiritual consciousness.
We all yearn to be loved and to share love with others. But how do we actually go about doing this, so that love is truly fulfilling? Learn how to unblock the flow of love, how to open your heart and how to awaken your inner Self.
This workshop will help you to develop a deeper understanding as well as the tools to live more fully in the joy of unconditional love. We’ll use affirmations, chanting and meditation as key ingredients to success in working with opening our hearts. An inspiring and practical approach to spiritual growth.
*Also offered and recorded on zoom
